USB booting :: can't install to usb

I'm a newbie to DSL and I just created a live cd. I booted the computer with the cd and tried to install dsl to usb (using dsl-hdd) but there's an error message saying that the usb key doesn't exist.

I need help with installing dsl onto my usb key using live cd. Is there any other way to install dsl to a usb key? Can I use dsl inside windows from a usb key? Thanks in advance.
