USB booting :: no boot sector on HDD trouble :(

try the pendrive on another pc and report back.

You might be selecting the wrong option in your bios. The computers is currently viewing the usb flsh drive as a hard disk (usb-hdd I guess), but you should try some of the other options (such as usb-zip)
