USB booting :: faster pen drive boot?

I would think there may be a speed limitation on the usb bus.
Getting a faster brand might make a difference too.

The idea would be to try on a computer with two separate usb controllers, so you would be sharing the pci bandwidth but not the usb bandwidth.
