USB-Zip OTi Flash Disk 128M pendrive (from DSL)
USB-CD-ROM AOpen DUW1616/ARR
All boot system first time, everytime
BIOS set USB-ZIP, USB-HDD, USB-CDROM, other

Operator 'headspace" another story!

Using out-of-the-box Dell x300 laptop. Just change boot order to USB options first. Choose EXPERT, let it autodetect everything, and DSL boots in no time.

Dane-Electric 256MB USB 2.0 boots really, really fast on an eMachines notebook with an AMD Sempron 2800+ and 256MB RAM.

A Dell Inspiron 6000 boots with a Crucial USB-Stick with 256 MB.

Lexar Jumpdrive Trio with Sandisk 256MB SD card interserted works perfect
