USB booting :: External HDD



yea doesnt need drivers, would i have to format is to FAT though?
Its in NTSF at the moment

If you are doing a frugal install it needs to be FAT or FAT32 to work with Windows and host the DSL knoppix\knoppix file

Same is true for a poorman's install, but you will need to download and create the "USB Boot Floppy" because poorman's does not install a boot loader.
