USB booting :: Wont work right

??? I saw DSL on a forum, and decided to check it out. Now I went and downloaded the newest version, and followed doom4's guide to installation. I burned the image to a cd, and It wont even get past that stage. I have all the ISO's files burnt, I kept the same file paths, and I made sure that it is setup to boot from CD (my fedora core 2 cd boots up when i reboot). I can't even get it to boot off cd!
Heres my file structure:
Quote

/boot/isolinux/boot
/boot/isolinux/boot
/boot/isolinux/f2
/boot/isolinux/f3
/boot/isolinux/german
/boot/isolinux/isolinux
/boot/isolinux/isolinux
/boot/isolinux/linx24
/boot/isolinux/logo.16
/boot/isolinux/minirt24
/KNOPPIX/KNOPPIX
/lost+found/
/index

Please help!

EDIT::.
Im running an MSI KT6 delta mobo with default bios.

Download the dsl syslinux ISO file.

Open up Nero.

Choose File -> Burn Image (for Nero version 5.x)

or

Recorder -> Burn Image (for Nero version 6.x)

and burn to a CD-R disk (not CD-RW disk)

Good Luck.

Well I burned it to a CD correctly, and am running the pen drive things. After this, you can add another confirmed to your list, MuVo 128mb Flash drive/mp3 player :D.
Is it supposed to take long to change the geometry on my flash drive...?
Ok, i can figure out if my drive is sda - sdc, its showing up under cdrecord, but how do i identify what it is first?
