USB booting :: Boot USB disk from CD?

I have a Latitude CPi D300XT (300Mhz, 64 megs of ram, NO HDD [took it out], NeoMagic 2160 Gfx, Linksys WPC11 802.11b PCMCIA wifi), and it doesn't support USB booting. Is there a CD or anything that can boot the USB device? Would I have to do a frugal install on it?

Note that I can't seem to get my Wifi working yet. I might get it if I can modify files.
