USB booting :: USB Install VS Internet

Dear All,

how to do DSL install on pendrive without connecting to internet?

coz DSL always fetching file for installations

i can minimize time to connect the net by copying pendrive_usbzip.tar.gz to my server and ftp it to DSL at /ramdisk/home/dsl

but i don't know where to put bootfloppy_usb.img.
i know DSL put that file when finish fetching which is at /ramdisk/opt but when i manually put it there, dsl always connect to iblio website

any help...???
