USB booting :: remove hard drive

Can I remove my hard drive if I am able to put DSL on pen drive? I just want my dvd burner and pen drive.

Yep. Though you'd want it if you are going to burn DVDs, as you'll need some serious temporary space for this, and I doubt you've got several gig of RAM?

well nevermind after reading that the pen drive can only take so many writes I dont even want one now
