USB booting :: not bootin

i followe an earlyer post about the DSL embedded zip, which had everything you would need to have to run DSL in windows, but wen i clicked on the dsl-windowsd.bat to start the boot, it says that it cannot see the file qemu.exe and qemu.

i have no idea why it's doing this because both files are there
does anyone else have thid problem?
