USB booting :: 2 gig Transcent won't boot.

Hello all,
I install DSL to my 2 gig Trascent usb stick and he freeze just after the syslinux.

It's the 1 gig limitation to syslinux ?
Can I partition my usb stick and install dsl only in the first partition ?

Thanks for the help.

Another test ....
I follow this
http://damnsmalllinux.org/cgi-bin....5;st=55

But syslinux give me a /dev/sda1: Cluster sizes larger than 16K not supported

I change the geometry of my usb stick and follow the rest of procedure and it's works.
Thanks schemer.  :)

Just usb mouse to solve now.
And BTW does someone test the pendrive_usbhdd.tar.gz package ?

My futur test is too have DSL + other rescue CD + BartPE all started by grub on my key .... anyone want take the challenge  :p
