DSL Embedded :: computer just reboots

I have tried to install to USB using the 5-way install script. When the PC reboots I get a messed up DSL logo screen then it attempts to load linux24 and the PC reboots. Not sure what to try or what I'm doing wrong. I'm no Linux pro.
