DSL Embedded :: Get access to my window drives

Hello,
I hope anyone of you can help me, because im not that good in using linux.

How can I access my windows hard drives from the embedded DSL.

And another question:
The right mouse key is only working in full screen mode. Is this always so or is there something wrong on my PC?

Thanks in advance!

Thomas

Hard disk access is read-only (see my previous posts)
Floppy and cd (rw) should be rw, I haven't tried.
You can mount the dsl hard drive but boot from cd, i.e. Knoppix cd, I have done it and it works ok.

If you try to boot from local hard drive, you'll break the system (according to the above mentioned source).

Hi,
you misunderstood. I do not want to boot from a hard drive. I only want to have access to my hard drives out from DSL when I ran my embedded DSL via the batch file. But I don't know how to get access to the drives because I'n not experienced in linux.

Thomas

Lockpicking...I have the same question? It appers that when you run QEMU within WindowsXP only hda and hdb (these are virtual hdd created by dsl) appear under the "Mounting Tool"...? There is no hda1 option in the mounting tool. This leaves the question of how does one access their HDD on the host?
Your question is primarliy a Qemu question.
Search their user fourms or

Try the search button and look for samba in this Embedded area of the forum, use from the beginning option. There was a writeup on it awhile back.
