DSL Embedded :: Noob needs some help.

okay im drowning myself in techniciality so in simple terms....

i have 8 compaq ia-1's i would like to install DSL on.

i have a usb cf reader that fits my 256MB CF card,

how can i get the DSL.iso and which one, to go to the card then into the ia-1 itself.
