DSL Embedded :: Harddrive Size

How can I make a new harddisk file with a smaller size. I dont need one that big and its takeing up all the room on my keydrive.

One way is using qemu-img. It doesn't come with DSL embedded but is included in the QEmu download from the QEmu homepage. Refer to the QEmu docs to find out how to use it.
