DSL Ideas and Suggestions :: IRC - channel almost drained

Hi there ;)
I wonder why the irc-channel keeps so empty most of the time (at least when I'm in there).
Isn't it the most obvious way to get help? Beeing online with DSL and tiny irc?

Its under NET as nirc...
After startup it auto-connects and "logs" you in as "damnsmall".
You can change that with

Just in case some just dont know or wants to enter via the great irssi or even some other irc-client:

Or is it just me beeing in the wrong channel/server?
I plan to be there 24/7 but there is not all too much fun now
