Daniele, You're right, that was the basis of my post. What I mean by it though, is that DSL could end up being several distros, thus being able to be 'just right' for anyone. That way, it's not stuck as just a "fashionable distro", it could actually be a useable, long-term distro. If it stays as a "50 Mb cause it's too cool not to do", then yes, it's fashionable. But as long as there are people that use it, tweak it, and possibly remaster and redistribute it, it's here to stay. |
