DSL Ideas and Suggestions :: More install menu items?

One could pick favored apps over broadband connection.

Maybe one could "borrow" ideas rom Flonix? For example multimedia players would be nice.

Some of them contain "Firebird-like" install scripts for Opera, Siag Office and ROX-Filer.

Assuming that you have the available RAM and a fast internet connection, it is a pretty straightforward process to suck in and install these apps when running from the DSL live CD.

Martin2, one problem with multi-media apps is that I live in the US and we have the DMCA hanging over us.
