Hardware Talk :: DSL Store operational?
Hi,
I'm not sure where to place this question, but since it's about a hardware order from the DSL store, I figured this would be as good as any place.
Two weeks ago (Jan 3) I placed an order, and paid via PayPal, for a system in the DSL store.
However, since that time, I have not received any communication about my order ... nor, obviously, have I received my order. I've sent emails to the "orders" email address, and to "john", but have not received any reply. I've checked and double checked my "spam" folders over that time, just in case a reply ended up in them, but there is nothing.
I have my PayPal receipt, and the money has been deducted from my account.
I realize and understand that the operation of the store is a part time "labor of love", and I'm fine with a delay ... but the lack of communication over the 2 week period, after paying over $250, is a bit disconcerting.
Are there any "insiders" here with any information on the status of the DSL store, and recent orders.

Hi, sorry, there was a compromise in our webmail application, and I am yet to set up the lady who processes the order with a proper pop3 account. So, there is a communications gap which should be fixed by this Friday. Sorry for the incontinence.
