DSL Tips and Tricks :: Install .dsl application

The following is found on the How to create a .dsl application pdf.

"After this has completed you should have an xearth.dsl file in your /home/dsl directory. Place this file in a safe place, reboot to a base dsl system and install the file to see if it works."

How do I install the .dsl application?

I have bolded the line pertaining to locally stored extensions as described in your question.

Thanks!
I was referring to installing a .dsl file I had created, not one downloaded from the MyDSL extension panel. Don't know who the other alb1954 is?
The bolded line above is the method for locally stored extensions whether you wrote them or downloaded them via a browser.

From the command prompt:
$ mydsl-load your_ext_name_here

or use the file manager emelfm and browse to the extension, click to select then click the mydsl button
