DSL Tips and Tricks :: Version 2.1 and SCSI
Oops message was posted in wrong section and I have not figured out how to move it.
DSL version 2.0 and 2.1 have removed the driver modules for the SCSI devices. You can add them back manually by using the additional_modules file from the download site and then make a custom mkmydsl cd with a /modules directory.
Or you can use DSL 1.5 or maybe even 2.2RC1 (this is based on DSL 1.5's linux kernel so it may have SCSI support back. I dunno).
DSL v2.2 has legacy scsi and zip drive support
Thanks for the replies, I went ahead and used ver 1.5 and am enjoying the heck out of it.
