DSL Tips and Tricks :: Frugal install
Hi Kerry. I copied and pasted your directions to a text file for reference. I do have two questions. First, I cannot boot toram because I only have 96MB, so I need another way to make this file writable and active and secondly, once done, what command do I use to run lilo from the console?
Thanks for your quick reply to my prior thread!
Actually, I just booted from the DSL 2.3 CD and re-did the frugal install with Grub intead of LILO and the very last question asked if I had windows in my first partition. I said yes and I am up and rolling with both DSL and Windows 2000.
