Apps :: open office.uci help

I am using now open office2 .uci and ...who is Java runtime? where is it...how to install?

how to make a boot script to get icons for openoffice.uci?

thanks..

What? What version of DSL are you using? If the .uci installed right you should have icons on the desktop already and it should also be in the right click menu. To make launchers you can use the icon tool, look at .fluxbox/mydsl.menu for the launch commands.

Try right click>desktop>fullenhanced

Thanks kerry

That jre should work. it should be auto detected by oo. If not you can go into options>java and point it to it.

Edit: I just installed jre for oo. You have to point it to it.
click add > goto /opt/jre1_5_0/bin > click select

how to point it?

i goes with emlfm to opt/jre1_5/bin/ and clik in java  and console and i can see a check in jre 1.5, afhter i mount oo but do not work the wizards...

also with jre1_5.uci.

thanks
