I tried typing : "DSL sata" in the F3 boot menu, and 3 partitions of the sata drive did show up in the slit for 2.1RC2, but the contents of the Boot cd are all that show for each, and nothing related to the drive. got any ideas on whats wrong?

Hi all,
Just weighing into the debate on links/lynx versus MC
I haven't used MC and although I'm sure it's an awesome tool, as cbagger01 said, there's a lot of people who use DSL on atticware and/or as their first linux experience. I fall into both categories for the most part (newbie and atticware user). If they (Linux newbies) get stuck in text mode, at least they have some chance of being able to get here (even if it's not so pretty) to get help if their netcard has been detected. Links has helped me find answers more times than I can count.
If a person knows how to use a tool like MC, there's a pretty good chance that they're savvy enough to be able to find their way to the mydsl repository to get it.
I appreciate that you can't cater for everyone, but one of the things about DSL that draws many users is that it can be run on old hardware, and has way more features than many systems that will do that.
I vote links/lynx.

Thank you for an awesome OS!
Cheers and beers!
Sarah (who is genuinely astonished at how fast toram is now that she finally has a machine capable of running toram!)
