Use the floppy tool listed in the menu. It will let you format a floppy at 1.44 or 1.7 MB and copy image to floppy.

DSL-N two floppy boot set is available in the DSL-N current dowload section here

The first one is oversized, you can use DSL floppy tool to format and wite the image to it.

DSLpanel->Floppy Tool
select 1722k for the first floppy image

Read "DSL embedded writeable and modifyable" in the "DSL embedded" topic. It will give you a way to do it without floppies.
