I've been hunting down some of the cookie issues with Dillo. It was odd because I was able to log in on my desktop PC but not from running the CD -- what made it odd was that they are the exact same builds. So I investigated for a while and figured out what was happening.
Here is what I discovered: Dillo has a hard time negotiating site wide cookie; it sees www.domain.com and domain.com as two different sites and the standards for indicating that a cookie is for both (.domain.com) can't be read properly.
All the links in the forums are without the 'www' and if a cookie is set with the www or with the .domain (site wide) indicator Dillo will not use them with domain.com.
It looks like I got the forum to play nice with Dillo by keeping all the links without the 'www' and also setting a custom cookie string which uses the base domain only.
The short of it is that you should be able to log in now using Dillo.

The real question is, do the poeple who make Dillo consider this a bug, or a "feature".
