One unfortunate side effect to this release is that the old version of the MyDSL GUI is now broken. You still can use extensions by downloading them manually with wget and loading them locally either by emeLFM or command line.

Is there anyway I could install the new version of DSL without burning it to a cd and overwriting all my data? If not, maybe that's the next step in DSL development.

EDITUS: Ibiblio is hella slow today. Try the belnet mirror instead, much faster. ^_^

I have never tried it but there is this cheatcode option. I am guessing you would have to change 'knoppix' to 'dsl'?

knoppix bootfrom=/dev/hda1/KNX.iso Access image, boot from ISO-Image. ***)

And auto detection of my usb wireless dongle?! I could have passed out when it was working right from boot.

Now I can't wait to get home and see if it auto-detects my ethernet card on my laptop once again (b44.o)!
