It may drain info and hints from the forum pages..that are so important to dsl development..
Not really, the blogs are a little less topic strict than the forums.
The forums are supposed to be all business, but if you feel the urge to talk about youself, or your cat, you can do that in the blogs.The blogs are also terrible for posting code, unless you happen to write very short lines.
