Well, I hae been posting a lot as I find out about DSL.
In a way, I hope my posts will give visitors something to work with, even though they have to get their printer working to sort through it all.
Since 0.6 I'm working on USB edition...just download USBDSL06.tar.gz or .zip and unzip to /mnt/sda1,syslinux /dev/sda and it's done I hope that new release will be in week, the next in day after official release on damnsmalllinux.org
