HD Install :: XDSL on xbox: cloop: error -3 uncompressing block

I have installed XBMC and unleashX onto my xbox. I then have placed DSL onto the hard drive using the FTP Install method (described here

I then execute the DSL which begins to load and detect USB devices, and then I run into errors such as
cloop: error -3 uncompressing block 1358 65535/0/22777/0 37379986-37402763

Code Sample

It then repeats
INIT: PANIC: segmentation violation at 0x804e19a! sleep fro 30 secods

forever.

Help please!
