Multimedia :: Setting the background image

what is a simple way that i can set the background image other than the built in images

The built in images are just .jpg or .png image files. If you right click on the desktop, select setup->Desktop->Wallpaper you will be presented with and interface to change wallpaper images. If you click the Help button you will get a dialog box that tells you where they are stored.
