I just bought a Belkin pcmcia adapter for my dsl laptop, and the power light doesn't come on.

My friend who has set up wireless under dsl before can't even get it to work, so we think it may be broken.

any help?

A linux driver for this chip has recently been made. I don't know if it will help with the power led not lighting up, but the least you could try here and hope for the best.
