Networking :: wget doesn't work

Hi everybody. First thank you for this great DamnSmallLinux

I've configured .wgetrc as explained without any results. Them I've tried to make dillo work by changing .dillo/dillorc and it worked.
Of course, I use the same proxy for both files

Here is my network: I use VMware whit NAT so DSL is behind NAT, it gets its IP (192.168.0.134) through DHCP. And the proxy is on the a local network which can only be accessed throug the NAT.

Anyone has a solution ?
