Networking :: Ftp access to DSL ?

Hi,

the scp would do i guess ...
I develop my website on a windows :-( machine. I'm trying WinSCP to logon to the machine, as root, which kind of password do i need te use ??

You will need to set your own password. In a term window type:
sudo su
That will get you to root, then type:
passwd
That will set your root password.

When I try to connect to my DSL box using WinSCP I get connection refused. Does DSL need configuring to act as an SCP server ?

You just need to turn it on first, it is in the menu under the Daemons subsection.
