Networking :: pppdial config

so I decide to leave dsl on my machine but want to delete the pppdial config..so I open pppdial/config and delete the account..it is still there..I change the accounts info and now have a .bak and .bak..I change the info in the .bak and get a .bak.bak.bak and when I hit dial it dials the account ...how do I delete my dialup info..never mind I will nuke the drive
