Networking :: Downloads constantly stalling

SP2 probably has more problems. Try setting your card's xmit and receive buffers to something like 128.

Just as a quick fix, Ive noticed that when a download stalls, if you go to a web browser and just start browsing, the download will actually start up again. Anyone know why this would fix this?
