Networking :: Internet shareing & GUI Loading
Ok I hate to be a leech I really do but I need 2 questions answered….
1. How do I use a windows xp pro modem connection sharing over a RJ-45 crossover cable.
2. How do I get into a GUI from the command prompt seeing as how it sends be to a command prompt every time after I installed it to the HD.
Keep up the great work
1. If your XP connection sharing program uses DHCP (Dynamic IP address creation), you don't need to do anything. Just boot DSL and it will work automatically.
2. Type in: startx
NO WAY its that easy wow u did a great job
