Networking :: A problem with my netopia 3347NWG

Hello everybody...

I'm having a problem with my Netopia 3347NWG router.

I'm trying to use dsl as a webserver for the hell of it.

I've done the following things:

Turned my ip from dhcp to static.

Set up port forwarding on port 80

and Started up the monkey daemon at startup(debian hd install)

I can get it up on localhost but that's it.

What have I done wrong?

Thanks in advance.

I had same problem here, running DSL from my pendrive.
I found the problem, but my solution is just until next boot (I would  like to know how to make it definitive!).

There are a problem with monkey.conf. Despite the program is installed in /opt/monkey-0.9.1/htdocs, conf file is set to search for /opt/monkey-0.8.2/htdocs. As it doesn´t exist, the daemon doesn´t
get up. If I modify monkey.conf (/opt/monkey-0.9.1/conf) and change for /opt/monkey-0.9.1/htdocs or for the link /opt/monkey/htdocs, then it starts.

Now, I would like some help to make it permanent, including to
set my htdocs diretory to home/dsl/www and not /opt/monkey-0.9.1/htdocs...
