Networking :: Linksys WUSB11 v2.6 - will it work?

Has anyone gotten a Linksys WUSB11 to work with DSL?  It should   work, but I can't get my Toshiba Tecra 530CDT to see it under DSL.  dmesg shows a USB device being plugged in, but I don't know what commands to run to make it appear as a network device.  I've tried many things but they were all for slightly different cards and I couldn't figure out how to adapt their recipes to my card.

It has an Atmel chip AT76C503A (vend/prod 0x77b/0x2219) and is supposed to work well with uhci.o usb - but I'm too much of a newb to figure out the magic set of commands.

This page at LinuxUSB should help for someone who understands this just a little better than me:

I do know from the post by "klasact" user that the Linksys WUSB11 v2.5 work with DSL 2.4
You could send an email to klasact to know more details.
