Networking :: network configuration problem

Hi !
Just now I have DSL installed on to my /dev/hdb8 partition.
I am using eth0 (8139too) for broadband connection.
When I restart, I could not connect to internet.
Every time I have to use the dsl panel/ netcard config and disable
all the details in it.
Then only using pppoe I could connect to the internet.

How to avoid this?
