Networking :: PHY rtl8201bl (ethernet) not detected in DSL

I just built my first AMD-64 machine. It uses a Biostar motherboard which includes the PHY RTL8201BL ethernet adapter.

When I try the netcardconf, it says that no adapters are found.

After searching these forums, Google, Realtek and Biostar's sites, I am unable to find a solution. Would someone point me in the right direction so I can fix this and remaster?
