Networking :: strange czech dialtone

Hi there
I am working in czech republic for a while and want to use dsl for the internet. My problem is, that DIALUP can't recognize the strange czech dialtone and breaks off the dial operation and reports "no dialtone".
Is there any solution for this problem?
