Networking :: real vnc
running DSL 2.0 ....
win XP
I have downloaded/'installed' realvnc from
http://ftp.belnet.be/pub/mirror/damnsmalllinux.org/mydsl/net/
(my dsl extentions was not connecting)
however, I can not connect from my xp box to my linux box (running in ms virtual pc) - I can connect from the linux box to the xp box with remote desktop... I just can't do it the other way around.
What do I need to config?

Windows gives me an error of

Got it.
Even though this is a 'remote desktop' - using the supplied
'Remote Desktop' included with windows XP - would not work.
A free download here -
VNC for windows
Installed to windows - and I connected with no problems.
