Networking :: couldn't copy...at /usr/sbin/ndiswrapper line 139

Hi,

i installed my wlan driver files to /home/dsl/wlan ... the wg511v2.inf & the wg511v2.sys files are present ...

... but when i try to install the module with ndiswrapper -i /home/dsl/wlan/wg511v2.inf i get this error...
couldn't copy /home/dsl/wlan/WG511v2.INF at /usr/sbin/ndiswrapper line 139.

What's wrong?
