My bad. I was not aware that the full path was necessary.
Either option returned with a pop up window that says:

Please mount media containing optional dir and try again.
Hopefully, you have downloaded the dsl-dpkg.dsl that you are trying to load locally.

DSL v3.2 was released when Woody was temporarily "homeless".I have downloaded the dsl-dpkg.dsl from the repo. Loaded it with MyDSL. Gone through the "$ mydsl-load dsl-dkg.dsl"
But when I tried "# apt-get update" It tells me:
E: Could not open lock file /var/lib/apt/lists/lock - open (2 No such file or directory) E: Unable to look at the list directoryNext Page...
