I've found that running my wireless config from a script is much faster than booting up a saved one anyway.It is likely that manually running the script works, because the initial automatic pump -i eth0 has finally timed out. Suggest to boot with nodhcp Then your bootlocal script should not have a conflict processes accessing eth0.I think it's already booting up with nodhcp.
