Networking :: eth0 not up in wireless setup

Any further thoughts?

I've found that running my wireless config from a script is much faster than booting up a saved one anyway.
It is likely that manually running the script works, because the initial automatic pump -i eth0 has finally timed out. Suggest to boot with nodhcp Then your bootlocal script should not have a conflict processes accessing eth0.
I think it's already booting up with nodhcp.  There could be a chance that the device is still initializing... try placing some sleep command before your ifup, such as `sleep 10`
Thanks for the help guys but still no go :(
Try increasing the sleep value?
