Networking :: Connecting via external usb modem

Hello. I'm considering downloading DSL, and installing it on one of my older pc's. But i need to know how i would go about configuring my external usb modem before i do anything. Any suggestions? Thanks

Try a search of the forum to see if your modem is discussed, it's very possible that DSL will recognize it and automatically configure it.
