Networking :: dlink dwl-510 can't figure this one out

Noob here:

live CD works fine but after I make the hd install ndiswrapper does not find the hardware.

Any thoughts?

forgot to say that this card has the marvel chip and the driver I am using is from windows Millenium=mrv8k51.inf

One question that might solve my problem?
How would I back up my networtalled configuration from the live CD and overwrite the one in the HD?

It might not be it since it can't find the hardware I beleive it is a resource issue, like an IRQ
