Ooops, in the meantime i found the gcc1.dsl here: http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/damnsmall/mydsl/system/ ... so it's OK (at least i hope), ... but the other thing what you mentioned: The existing irda-tool precompiled package in the Debian apt-get system ... Where can i find it? At the same place (ibiblio.org/pub/...) ?

to download and install irda-utils u can use synaptic that is in 1 of the menu of dsl
