Networking :: Fetchmail and Procmail there, How to get IMAP

I really need to get help here from someone who's done it before. I have fetchmail and procmail installed but I can't get any of the three imap servers I've tried to work. I would really like someone who's done this before to help me out. Here is what I need to do:

Email accounts:
"username" "password" mail.bluebottle.com
"username" "password" mail.bluebottle.com
"username" "password" mail.bluebottle.com

I don't want to show the usernames and definetly not the passwords, but I have three accounts with bluebottle.

SMTP server:
smtp-server.houston.rr.com

I can send mail on this server without having to log in because I have Road Runner for internet.

I am planning to use MSMTP, but whenever I type in MSMTP in xterm, I get an error about it can't find libgnutls.so.11 even though it installed with no openssl or gnutls support.

I want to use fetchmail and procmail to get mail from the bluebottle accounts and drop it all in my inbox. From there I would like to use MSMTP to send mail through Road RUnner, but I could also move that off the server and just set the mail server to my linux box (IP address) and the smtp server to smtp-server.houston.rr.com, but I would prefer to do smtp from the server. Anyone out there who could help me get this off the ground, seeing as I have no idea what to do? Anything about this woud help because I know nothing. I will continue to do searches and hope. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

UPDATE:

I finally got an imap server (binc imap) to install. Now there's the problem of getting it to work. I don't understand how you even start it and I can't find any guides for dummies on it. YOu can read about it here and here. Any help on this subject would be appreciated.

ANother update...
on the life with binc imap site (the second link) I can't even telnet port 143 and get a connection. I don't understand it when they talk about daemontools or xinetd, however I have found a command in DSL that is inetd, but I have no idea of the relationship between the two. Again, I would really be thankful for any help.
